dbconvert.exe harmful all of a sudden?

All of a sudden F-Secure Internet Security decided to block the dbconvert.exe and classified it as harmful during startup of DVBViewer. Does the file come with DVBViewer or Recording Service and what does it do really? It is probably a false positive but threw me anyway cuz after years of use without any problem and this pops up very unexpected.

As the name says it converts the old sqlite database tables to the new format. Anyway i already wrote something to these false alarms here:
