Can't change my video properties/settings in DVB Viewer Pro v4.5?

Hello.

DVBViewer Pro v4.5.0.0's Display's Video and Audio settings' Brightness, Saturation, Contrast tab settings don't change when I change them. I am using CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD7) for MPEG2 video decoder and Overlay Renderer. It used to work in the past (not sure if it was in this version or earlier, ATI Catalyst driver [had v9.7 in the past, but now using the latest v10.12) in my old, updated Windows XP Pro. SP3 (IE6).

Any ideas? Thank you in advance. :)

It's up to the Video Renderer to receive the settings and pass them on to the graphics card driver. The driver finally puts them into effect. Maybe driver settings are overriding the DVBViewer settings.

The Cyberlink MPEG2 Decoder provides Color Control sliders on its property page (see View -> Filters). Do they work?

Nope. I even tried disabling hardware acceleration. Ugh. I wonder if ATI Catalyst driver is causing this. So I have to downgrade back to v9.7 to have them working again? ALso, I forgot to mention that I use VGA cable connection on my 19" LCD monitor, but I had that setup for years.
