We had that in former DVBViewer versions - and dropped it, for good reasons. It's nearly impossible to get audio and video in sync on the fly. Furthermore, the splitted elementary streams don't contain presentation time stamps anymore. Thus, if the streams are out of sync, you can't adjust it later (only manually by using special tools, watching and listening... ) Consider that live capturing doesn't allow to look ahead and to examine data in the same way, as ProjectX does when reading from a file.
