DVBViewer 4.2 Win XP

So DVBViewer is running fine for months and then suddenly the EPG decides to stop updating? What gives? I'm running Win XP service pack 2 and watching Freesat channels. I've tried tuning into Radio Shephard and recording Freesat channel frequency 11428/7 etc etc as read on the Net, but nothing gives me the full 7 day TV shedule that I used to get. All I get now are one or two channels a day appearing in the EPG. One thing that I noticed that is different is that I can't seem to add frequencies in the Media Highway frequencies option. The "apply" button has suddenly become grey and doesn't allow me to choose the Freesat option.

 

Please help and if you could make the answer easy to read and not vague as I'm a bit of a tech noob.
