Very new, and I've failed at the first hurdle.

 

I've bought DVBViewer Pro 4.6 and downloaded it and now I'm stuck.

The email with Key File, Username, PW and Checksum says to store this on harddrive so

I've copied it to a new folder in My Documents

BUT I cant get this info into the Box where its required. I click a little search box

but it doesnt bring up My Documents. Drag and drop wont work either.

help please.

So what does the click on the search box bring up instead? No window where you can select files? What system are you running on? Could you try to make a screenshot after you clicked on the search box and attach it here?

Got it. There, hidden at the bottom of the acceptance email is an enclosure showing the Key File.

(I can see now why I keep missing daughters photos I get sent)

 

Thats now been accepted by the Setup Box and I can take the next step when I've calmed down.

I've kept the TE Version for cross referencing.
