fxv1 Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 Hi, have recently moved from an HD 3870 to a HD 5770 1GB ram DDR5. Not sure if anyone had same issues as me. Am using W7 64 bit. When I overclock the unit and run the Aero Performance check it kills the PC (equivalent to a BSOD). The HD5770 gives lower performance than the HD3870. When watching HD contents the de-interlacing does not appear the work as well as the HD3870 ....does anyone have a MOD or a profile settings for this GPU to use with CCC (I am on the latest Catalyst) Any ideas welcome. desweil Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 when you overclock, then freezig pc is not uncommon and has to be expected. That is not a "problem" or "issue". For deinetrlacing activate DXVA in the codec and in CCC set it to automatic or manualyy to teh far right (VA deinetrlacing). Thats it. Quote Link to comment
