yogy
hello, I bought the license for DVBViewer pro but I can not watch encrypted channels on my subscription CanalSat (France). I have a tuner Anysee E7-S2 with a CAM AstonCrytpt V2. I can see the unencrypted channels but not the chains of my subscription. With the tool of the site, I see the tuner Anysee E7-S2 is compatible with DVBViewer but underneath it says "Anysee analog capture" not compatible. Can anyone help me? Quote Link to comment
yogy
Hi, with that, the CAM information is not available. The CI module option is checked. Compatibility problem with the CAM ? The team will work on this problem ? thx Quote Link to comment
Griga
AFAIK DVBViewer Pro does not provide CI support for Anysee devices. Sorry, no better news... Quote Link to comment

qstoffe
I have a problem with getting pay channels to work on my AnySee E7 T2 in DVBViewer V4.8.0.1 (Sweden). - I have the appropriate CAM and pay card from my provider: Boxer CAM CI+ DVB T2 (They don't use pairing yet). - I have closed the Anysee CNO program from the traybar. - I'm using the latest Anysee drivers 1.6.17.34 (2011-04-21) All free air channels work perfectly, including HD T2 channels. When I switch to a pay channel SD or HD I only get a black screen in DVBViewer. No error message. No nothing. When I check the AnySee traybar app. I can see that my pay card is inserted correctly and that it can be read. Also when I use the pay card directly in my TV it works fine. What could be the problem? hackbart
You do have the ciapi.dll in the DVBViewer folder? Also keep in mind that we need additional informations: http://www.DVBViewer.tv/forum/topic/2210-how-to-post-bugs-or-problems-correctly/ Quote Link to comment

VIN47
Hi, I have the same problem that I can not open the encrypted channels but even with the ciapi.dll in the DVBViewer it does not work! This is a brandnew Toshiba laptop with windows 7/64 and I do not have this problem using a Netbook with windows 7/32! What could be the reason? Using TV-Vlaanderen. Bill Quote Link to comment
