Jraf Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 (edited) Hello, got new HD channels on french DVB-T no sound so AC3 Filter 1.63b installed audio options with AC3Filter enabled still no sound at all with : - TF1 HD (AC3, qaa) audio mode AC3 - France2HQ (qaa) audio mode AC3 - M6HD (qaa) audio mode AC3 - M6HD (qad) audio mode AC3 ACFilter says : Input format: AC3 - 48000 User format: PCM16 2/0 (stereo) 0 Output format: Unknown - 0 Decoding chain: (AC3 - 48000) -> Decoder -> (Unknown) Filters info (in order of processing): Decoder: Out of sync any solution ? Griga Posted March 8, 2011 Share Posted March 8, 2011 Most likely it's not AC3, but EAC3 (Enhanced AC3, Dolby Digital Plus, a modern AC3 variant). The AC3 filter is not able to decode it. You'll need the ffdshow audio decoder. Quote Link to comment
