EPG broken in version

I am using Recording Service 1.7.0.1 beta, and I found that the EPG is broken in AM/PM string (which should show 上午/下午) and EPG description is totally broken.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate, time locale Chinese (Taiwan), non-unicode charset set to Chinese (Taiwan).
