Fenstergröße + ect. im Betrieb ändern?

Ich hätte gerne eine Möglichkeit das Fenster im Betrieb auf eine kleinere Größe und am bestimmten Platz mit der Option 'immer im Vordergrund' zu schalten, und das ganze wieder zurück auf die vorherige Einstellung.

 

Bisher habe ich eine .bat Datei die eine von zwei vorherigen setup.xml kopiert und dadurch meine gewünschte Darstellung wieder herstellt.

 

Geht so etwas auch wenn das Programm läuft (mit einem Plugin oder Script[am besten mit F3 ;)])?
