Hilfe automatischer EBG update funktioniert unter Win7 nicht meh

Hallo Experten, ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig, es könnte eher ein Win7 Thema sein aber vielleicht kann mir trotzdem jemand helfen.

Unter XP habe ich fürs EBG update zwei geplante Tasks erstellt einen um 4:00 um den DVBViewer zu starten und einen um 4:01 um die epgupd.vbs zu starten. Ich hab jetzt auf Win7 umgestellt und wieder diese Tasks erstellt.

Der PC startet zwar aber weder der DVBViewer noch epgupd.vbs wird ausgeführt. Im Aufgabenplaner steht zwar ....wird ausgeführt, aber wenn man im Task Manager schaut wird da weder der DVBViewer noch epgupd.vbs ausgeführt.

Ich bin schon am verzweifeln, was mach ich falsch? Ich hab mal die beiden Tasks exportiert s.Anhang.
