No livetv after a sleep lauched from "Standby" menu

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

I'm new over here...

I've been evaluating DVBViewer demo before purchasing and I've found that (in my computer ;) ) it doesn't restart livetv after a sleep if the sleep command is sent from within the DVBViewer menus (ie. System->Standby, Extended Exit->Standby or configured to do Standby on Exiting). After wake up it stays on black video screen but it correctly responds to input and will restart livetv if a channel is manually re-tuned.

Instead, it works OK (automatic relaunch of last tuned channel on wake up) when the sleep was initiated by the keyboard Sleep button or by the main Power button (configured to do sleep by the OS).

These are some excerpts from the logs,

My testing setup is Win7 on a HP DC5750 + Radeon HD5750 + PCTV Dual DVB-T

If you need them I will post more details (maybe support.zip?) but for a start I would like to know if any of you observe this behaviour on your machines.

Thanks for reading!

I'm eager to resolve these little issues on my machine so I can buy this really great app that is DVBViewer.
