lbhifi
Hi First let me say that Recording Service is a great peace of software, and streaming to iPod/iPad/iPod works fine. But is there any way to utilize the "iPhone" stream feature in a Windows environtment? I tried to open [host]:3335 using VLC and Quicktime, but I just can't get it to work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance lbhifi Link to comment

lbhifi
Thanks, I already read that page, but as I wrote, iPhone/iPad/iPod works fine as clients. I propably messed up my describtion of what I'm trying to do: I'm trying to utilize the transcoding feature of "iPhone" stream using a Windows client program. I also tried to install Safari with Quicktime for windows, but this is not working either. Any ideas? Link to comment
Lars_MQ
The iphone streaming only works for iPhone/IPad. This is a very specialized form of streaming introduced by apple and nobody else supports this. Link to comment
