Two licences and no key code file ...

Hi,

 

I have just bought the licence of DVBViewer using Paypal and after some minutes I recived the email that sfortunately was detected by my antispam system ( mailwasher pro ) as spam.

 

This way I was able to read the credential to enter the member section but not to recover the key file attached to it.

 

I have written, asking to send again me it, but without result.

 

This way for to do more quickly I bought a second licence, but after more than an hour I have not received the email of the second payment.

 

In short I paid two times and I am not able to use DVBViever yet.

 

Can you please help me and send me the two licences regularly bough?
