Split Antenna cable

Hi all

i have an antenna cable coming from the wall and i want to split into two way to use for two usb dvb-t hd stick. I tried to usa a T connector but i have a loosing of signal power. Using each stick directly connected to wall cable i have 100% signal and i see all channel but if i use both stick with their antenna cable conntected to T connector only some channel are receveid. What i can do to split the wall cable and have every stick cabled with this ??
