I am living in SouthEastAustralia and am interested to install a DVB-full version into my computer. Are you talking about a Full Featured DVB-Card? That's a card with a hardware MPEG-2 Decoder and a TV-OUT. Like the Skystar-1 or similar cards. They're quite expensive (between 170 and 250 Euro). The DVBViewer won't work with them. The DVBViewer works only with the TechniSat skystar-2 DVB card. They have no hardware decoder and no tv-out and are much cheaper .
