Starman
OS: Windows 7 Pro x64, Asus P8P67 Pro with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560Ti DVB-T Hardware: Hauppauge WinTV 88x DVB-T Tuner [Drive: 2.126.28225.0] I am able to successfully run a scan and view channels within Windows Media Center. Yet when I run a Scan channels using the reception type: "Terrestric" and Transponder list: Terrestrial (EUR) no channels are found yet at stages the signal strength is reported as near full. Also I ran a scan using TransEdit (v3.8.3) which lists the channels as I expect and the preview option works fine. support.zip Edited January 13, 2012 by Starman Quote Link to comment
QBox User
Others have reported similar issues with the EUR file. It's best to create your own. If your transmitter is Bluebell Hill, then save this as "DVBT_UK_Bluebell_Hill.ini" in the Transponders folder, then use it to run the scan. Starman
Thanks for the advise I've done what you've suggested but for my local Transmitter (Crystal Palace) using the information from the Trade View on digitaluk but for some reason the file is not listed within DVBViewer. DVBT_UK_Crystal_Palace.ini [sATTYPE] 1=5000 2=UK: Crystal Palace [DVB] 0=6 1=506000,8,|C25 Mux 1 / BBC A 2=482000,8,|C22 Mux 2 / D3&4 3=554000,8,|C31 Temp HD / BBC B 4=562000,8,|C32 Mux A / SDN 5=578000,8,|C34 Mux C / ARQ A 6=538000,8,|C29 Mux D / ARQ B Quote Link to comment
