Set (and remember) Teletext subtitle setting per channel

A couple of Teletext subtitle requests...

 

1. It would be useful to have an option which would enable ths subtitle setting (nosubtitle or which subtitle) to be remembered by channel (like the per channel volume setting).

 

2. Have a global option to select preferred subtitle language (also for Teletext subtitles).

 

At the moment every time I start DVBViewer I have to reselect the subtile I wish to have on specific channels.
