changed password but will not let me login

hi and good evening i have been trying to update my password to enable entry into members area - i have received the email in order to change and have entered it and then changed it to what i want but it will not work - i have tried around 4 times this evening without success - can a mod contact or how can i em the correct location for this to be resolved - thanks and regards - john

The forum user name password has nothing to do with your license data.

 

If you have a DVBViewer installation you can recover you password with a tool.

for 4.2.1 and earlier here

for newer versions run the KeyTool in the DVBViewer folder
