When using the RS Recording Editor with "Update Info File" checked one can notice the editor always changes the created date in the info file to "Created=30.12.1899". It is the text inside file that is concerned not to be confused with created date for the actual file. Wouldn't that necessary be a source for errors further down the road in the recordings database/recording history database? If not, keeping the created date unaltered serves an informational function at least, compared to the nonsense date the editor creates now. Maybe it has a purpose im not aware of?
