V. 4.9.5.0 leaves a color strip close to task bar on desktop

I have just started using 4.9.5.0 version. When I switch back to window mode from full screen mode, a very small strip in height (abt. 1 centimeter) and just above and attached to taskbar is attached to the desktop. This color strip is a frozen part of the video which was there in full screen mode. Somtimes it also covers the taskbar as well. It disappears only after I refresh the desktop. I am using SP-SP3. Codecs in use are Arcsoft & Cyberlink. Had never any such problem with any previous versions of DVBViewer. What could be causing that?
