problem with channels

Hi, I have problem with watching programs in czech republic Astra 23,5E,all free ang/de programs are ok, but free/pay cz programs i don´t see. I have anysee E7 ps2, cam modul irdeto for watching pay channels. In anysee viewer i am seeing all. Any idea what is wrong? Thanks
