ddichiera Posted May 5, 2012 Share Posted May 5, 2012 (edited) Having just downloaded and installed RS 1.9.6.0, I have discovered and started playing with the UPnP facilty. First impressions are good, I was able to select and stream m2ts and mkv files, both SD and HD. I don't yet have my fttc connection so I'm currently using flowplayer to stream at a low bitrate. Two things I noticed are I can't select audio tracks and subtitles (come to think of it, I hadn't ever tried to do that with off-air recordings. Have I overlooked something?) ddichiera Posted May 20, 2012 Author Share Posted May 20, 2012 Just thought I'd add a few observations: I tried streaming audio recordings today, but was unable to. I tried a few different formats MP3, FLAC etc and using all three methods, Direct, Flowplayer and the Old Method, but none of them worked. If anyone is doing any work on this feature, it would be nice to be able to play an entire audio folder rather than just individual tracks. Thanks, Dominic Link to comment
