marianob85
Hello, I'm using RS with installed one plugin. ( C:\Program Files (x86)\DVBViewer\Plugins\Plugins1\ ) When I'm start record video using 'Record Video' from DVBViewer menu, RS load second instance of plugin. Whether it is done intentionally ? Lars_MQ
where does the recording happen? DVBViewer or RS? please be more specific, if you want help. Link to comment
marianob85
I have installed plugin only in RecordingService. Using DVBViewer and pressing record button ( manual recording ), second instance of plugin is launch ( from the same directory ). While using timer to schedule recording there is no problem with that. After record is finished, second instance of plugin is deactivated/unload. I hope this cleared up any doubts. BR, Mariusz. iriskin
Did you read installation guide? In order to record with Recording Service you have to use timers. Instant recording is handled by DVBViewer itself. http://en.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Recording_Service_Installation_Guide#Recorder_options Link to comment
marianob85
Yes. That's correct. But the question was about plugin. Why RS load it twice ? I don't see any reason, why another instance of plugin is load while DVBViewer is recording. Like You said: "Instant recording is handled by DVBViewer itself" so it should not influence to RS. Tjod
The DVBViewer use the Plugins in \DVBViewer\Plugins\Plugins1 - 32 for recordings an PiP and the Plugins in \DVBViewer\Plugins\ for the main playback. Link to comment
