ddichiera
Having upgraded to 1.9.7.0, I now find some of the UPnP functions don't work properly. I can get the Streaming Config pop-up window as before, but when I click on Stream to the browser, Flowplayer starts and I see the animated arrow indicating me to wait, but it never actually starts playing back video and audio. If I look at the server PC, I can see the CPU utilization shooting right up. I've tried this both from within my LAN and without. Direct streaming works from within the LAN to WMP and VLC, but not DVBViewer ;~} ; I don't have enough bandwidth to check this externally. Dominic BTW the Player options look very interesting. Thanks for continuing development on this. Link to comment

bogdan1980
ddichiera, sometimes you just need to use ANOTHER ffmpeg version, then it will work ok. Some ffmpeg version does not stream at all in conjunction with DVBViewer. Link to comment
Lars_MQ
you can also check if the 32bit version works better than the 64bit version. On a 64bit windows yu can use the 32 or 64 bit version. On a 32bit windows you can of course only use the 32bit version. Check the static (!) builds here: http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ Link to comment
ddichiera
That seemed to do the trick, I replaced ffmpeg with the latest version (x64) and it seems to run ok. I guess the build from 19th May must be buggy. Thanks for the advice. Link to comment
