manison
Hello, anytime the TV programme changes its aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 or vice versa the picture freezes and in a few moments the sound also stops. Only rebuilding the graph (or restarting the DVBViewer) helps. I noticed that the DVB Source filter is in stopped state and the last error is buffer overflow when this happens. Can anybody help? Thanks. support.zip Quote Link to comment
highyield
Run DVBViewer in debug mode, reproduce the problem and apply the workaround, then reattach the logs. Quote Link to comment
manison
Logs reattached. The situation happens at 22:18 when commercial break starts (4:3 -> 16:9) and once again at 22:20 when the break ends (16:9 -> 4:3). support.zip Quote Link to comment

manison
Some recommendations? I tried "MPC - MPEG-2 Video Decoder (Gabest)" and "ffdshow Video Decoder" but both without success. Quote Link to comment
highyield
Try Microsoft MPEG-2 Video Decoder. Quote Link to comment
manison
I could not find Microsoft MPEG-2 Video Decoder, however I updated to the latest version of the ffdshow and made sure that it is enabled for MPEG-2 format and now the problem is gone. Thanks for pointing me to the right direction. Quote Link to comment
