DABRadio not working with Twinhan 7047

I know DABRadio's just a prototype, but I thought I might mention that it doesn't work for me. When I say "doesn't work", I mean the Scan button is not enabled.

 

(second) Tuner: Twinhan 7047 (with USB interface). Driver version 5.55.1.8 dated 21/08/2008, authored by Realtek, installed by Windows Update.

According to this page the 7047 contains an RTL2831U.

 

Operating system: XP Pro SP3, 32 bit.
