emmmm, so usual reinstall do a scan watch, then close then try to open crash

 

The only thing I think is of you close while watching Freeview HD it then crashes on restart

Close on a HD channel is crahes on restart !

Perhaps if trying an another H.264 decoder. Crashes like this usually happens if using some odd decoder often installed by various codec packs. Cyberlinks decoders are stable and preferably.

how do u run the options to change codecs without running up DVBViewer ?
