DVBRecording service lost setup on Windows Boot

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I use DVBRecording service last download with last DVBViewer version.

Window Seven Profesional.

(My prior version was DVBViewer 3.6 on Windows XP and record by Windows Scheduled Task wich works fine but I'am not able to use scheduler on Seven ???)

I setup service recording with my directory (c:\$xtras\TVRecord), time before and after recording (10 and 10), record format "mpg", admin password.

On disk I have the correct file :

c:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer\Config\service.xml with size 2424 octets.

and

c:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer\Config\svcuserdata.xml size 314 octets with my new password for admin.

with right datas.

All is right and I can access to config and web browser to setup recording.

If I power off Window, the next time I boot the 2 files are lost and I have the original file with original parameter and not my setup.

c:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer\Config\service.xml

and

c:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer\Config\svcuserdata.xml

lost config : directory, record type and lost admin password.

At this time to avoid this problem I save my config file, I set to Manual the start service and I use a batch file at startup folder for copy my two saved file to

c:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer\Config\ and start service after copy (Net start "DVBViewer Recording Service")

Why the config file are erased at every new windows start ?

thank you
