entrecour
I have been doing some testing of the RTSP feature in RS 1.20. When using VLC 2.03 on an old laptop ( Windows 8 Consumer Preview 32bit, Intel Pentium M 1.87GHz, 2GB memory) I have no major problems with uPNP but with RTSP I mostly get time outs when trying to start the steam. I have got it to work (erratically) twice but it's defintely not consistently repeatable. I have attached the Support zip and the VLC debug log just in case it may help in finetuning this. I understand that the issue here may be due to the limited performance of the laptop. Lars_MQ
seems to be a problem of the vlc. maybe you have to adjust some options there. Link to comment
entrecour
Unfortunately, it seems like the timeout is hardcoded in VLC http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=100357&p=338674&hilit=timeout&sid=e552bf5d87b1a695e14b9dd665d2c48a#p338674 Link to comment
