Shivan
Hi! I'm using Windows 8 x64 final DVBViewer 4.9.6.20 Recording Service 1.20 PCTV Quatro Stick USB I found over 400 channels. Using cable TV (Germany - KabelBW). I can watch TV, but I often have mpeg artefacts at the beginning, when watching TV. After installing DX websetup (9.29.1974) it no more reminded me to install DirectX. Additionally I had to install an MPEG2 decoder. I installed ffdshow and WinDVD - currently testing which one is better... When installing ffdshow, don't forget to ENABLE mpeg2 codec (default disabled). Hope this helps. trifon33
Hi, The final version W8 RTM is perfectly working on Intel Ivybridge w DVBViewer 4.9.6.2 I found the previous version "release preview" not working very well... I suspect this issue is in fact W7 64 including all updates plus special starting GUI for tactile display plus some little features making life easier.... I have installed Lavfilter audio+video..no problem. that fiters set is by far one of the best I have tested... Config: ASUS MB B75 Pentium G620 Anysee E7 S2 Twintech USB DVB-T UT30 Especialy for all PC running XP, the very attractive launching price for the update is to be considered.... The question for W7 users is is it worth the upgrade??? Edited September 13, 2012 by trifon33 Quote Link to comment
Huigie
I use DVB-C. When I press scan to scan for channels the system restarts with a kernel security check failure .That on a clean install Win8 x64/Terratec H7. Quote Link to comment
Lars_MQ
That is a driver issue. Is the H7 driver you use certified for windows 8? Quote Link to comment
