But I faced a problem when tried to watch the stream on another PC in my home network. Although I checked LOCAL access option in the RS installer I couldn't connect to the stream from any other computer except the computer running RS. But with windows firewall disabled connection was successfull. So I checked inbound firewall rules and modified 2 RS rules to "Public+Private" profile. After that the connection became successfull even with windows firewall on. I guess the installer should be updated. Link to comment

A.M. Posted September 1, 2012 Author Share Posted September 1, 2012 Two windows firewall rules for recording service, one for UDP and one for TCP. Field "Profile" was set to "Public" by the installer, I needed to set it to "Private+Public". Link to comment
