Problem with PayPal Purchase

More than 24 hours ago I paid for DVBViewer Pro via PayPal.

 

I have not received the credentials to download the product.

 

The ordering page says if product does not arrive within 24 hours email them; but no email address is listed anywhere!

 

I have checked my spam folder and the message is not there.

 

I have checked on the forum and others have reported the same issue, but nobody seems to have said the problem was ever solved.

 

How do I get the DVBViewer Team to complete the transaction?

It should be enough to drop us a mail (bhackbart -at- cmuv -dot- de). Anyway the transaction is automated, so i'm quite sure the email has been sent just in time. Automated emails are sorted often as spam.

I checked my spam folder again and found the email with details for completing the transaction.

For anyone reading this post the email address for contacting DVBViewer team is shown on the PayPal receipt.
