Some time ago I purchased a licence for DVBViewer but have not been using it. A few days ago I tried to download the latest version, but despite following the process to request a new licence code etc, nothing came through in my email.


Accordingly yesterday morning I purchased another new licence in the hope of getting a response.


Yesterday afternoon having had no response at all I sent a message via your website offering an alternative email address although as I own the webserver for chris@ebccomputers.net, I checked the logs and see no bounced email.


Accordingly my family have been stuck for a number of days with no TV at all, and I feel somewhat disappointed by the lack of response.


Is this the usual level of customer service I should expect? Having to pay twice is bad enough, but it says I should receive a code within an hour, and yet no matter what I try I get no response at all.


Can anyone help expediate this please?
