Dolby E

A total noob here, and my first post.

I have a Live TV feed from satellite, that has PCM audio, DolbyE to be exact.

If I record the Feed, I can successfully play the audio with GraphEdit.

Now in DVBViewer, the Audio PID is not recognized, so I manually enter the Audio PID in the Channel Editor, but there are only 3 options: MPEG, AC3, and AAC.

Can I use a filter setup to just pass the Audio PID Data to LAV decoder filter?

If so, what would the Filter Preset look like?

Thank you, but I do not need a DolbyE codec, decoding is being handled by external decoder.

I had originally posted my question in the Online Plugin section, in hopes a filter could be built.

Mod - why was my post moved? My question was not in general. I thought it was pretty specific to the section I posted in.

Are you restive this channel via Online Plugin (web as a stream)?

I think no. You are talking about the channel list editor.

And that is related to the topic in my last post.

Revising of Dolby E channels is not possible in DVBViewer.

And it will not be added if there are DirectShow decoder which are able to handle that.

Can you please guide me to the section regarding the custom Filter Presets and Preset Editor?

When I search / google, results lead me to this topic.

Again, a noob to this forum, sorry.

what filter in graphedit plays dolby e?

No filter will "play" DoblyE, just using Graphedit with LAV Filters and Reclock to bitstream audio from TS file to an external hardware decoder.
