RS 1.23: channelnumber.ts is wrong after adding new channels

How to reproduce the bug: scan a transponder with DVBViewer 5.0 and RS 1.23 to a new target root (for example test). With the channel editor, move the found channels to another group at the start of the list and save it.

With the web-interface, create an m3u list and try to play one of the channels below the ones we added before: it plays another channel.

Install the RS 1.22, save the m3u list and compare them: they don't match.

Attached is a zip with channels.dat, channels122.m3u and channels123.m3u

NOTE: The RS 1.23 loads the channels.dat as it should; the bug only appears after adding new channels so in order to reproduce the bug you must follow the steps described above.

EDIT: Forget the bug report. My mistake for not restarting the RS after scanning the channels
