Unable to watch live TV & stream same channel at the same time

I think this is a bug. If I'm streaming a channel with the recording service (v1.23), I get the message 'no playback' from DVBViewer.exe on the same channel. Similarly when I'm watching live TV I cannot stream the channel.

 

It is probably a bug, rather than a feature. If this is because the recording service and DVBViewer.exe both can't access the same hardware then I can accept this. Then I'd like DVBViewer.exe to be able to render the streaming.m3u file.

Thanks for the reply Lars, this is what my assumption was. Can you please consider my request, that DVBViewer.exe is able to render the the 'local' streaming.m3u that is created by the recording service?
