How do i get the thumbnail generator to work?

Hi,

 

I have installed DVBViewer Pro 4.9.6.20 and Recording Service 1.21.2.0

 

In the 'configuration' tab in the web interface of the Recording Service there is a check box titled 'Create Thumbnail for video files (needs ffmpeg):' I have this box checked and ffmpeg is installed in the same folder as the RS, however, it doesn't create thumbnails for new recordings.

 

Is there something else i need to do to get this working?
