about the membership renewal

I have purchased DVBViewer long time ago, and I know there has a renew process.

But I didn't receive any responds from the system. Anyone can tell me what should I do?

 

I have submitted the new email address to the system about 3 or 4 days ago (I didn't remainder)

Same here, I have also been waiting for the answer for days, please respond ASAP!

You got the confirmation e-mail but not the e-mail with the new credentials?

I am having the same issues. No confirmation emails, no new credentials, nothing in the spam folders and it is now over 3 weeks.

My email is not in the lost page either.

You never used a version from 2011 or newer, correct?

 

Each time you try to login to the members section you get the wizard, correct?

But you get no confirmation e-mail. And have checked the spam folders on the mail server.

And in the in the eMail program.

 

Is that description of the problem correct?

No, I didn't even got the confirmation e-mail. I haven't got any e-mail (zero, none) even though I entered my valid e-mail address and the original password that came in the e-mail I got from Bernd Hackbart when I bought the licence.

The system was tested yesterday and it works as it should.

 

So if you not receive the confirmation e-mail. Mostly your email provider reject the e-mail from e-mail.png

Some times it helps to add the address to the addresses book of the e-mail provider.

 

The only other solution, If the automatic system doesn't work. Is via e-mail.
