mhelin Posted March 24, 2013 Share Posted March 24, 2013 The exact problem is that there has not been any response with new credentials to my email address which hasn't changed since I last updated DVBViewer (which was before the change anyway). Also my email is not in lost&found list (http://www.DVBViewer.com/en/index.php?page=lost). Well, it's been weekend in between so it may be just that sending the mail manually is not possible then. No confirmation emails, no new credentials, nothing in the spam folders and it is now over 3 weeks. My email is not in the lost page either. Quote Link to comment

But you get no confirmation e-mail. And have checked the spam folders on the mail server. And in the in the eMail program. Is that description of the problem correct? Quote Link to comment

I haven't got any e-mail (zero, none) even though I entered my valid e-mail address and the original password that came in the e-mail I got from Bernd Hackbart when I bought the licence. Tjod Posted March 28, 2013 Share Posted March 28, 2013 The system was tested yesterday and it works as it should. So if you not receive the confirmation e-mail. Mostly your email provider reject the e-mail from Some times it helps to add the address to the addresses book of the e-mail provider. The only other solution, If the automatic system doesn't work.
