timetrex
The stream plays fine on the lan using VLC? I am using both the latest DVBViewer and recording service. I dont get any pictures remotely..which suggests port forwarding/firewall... tbh im not sure of the setup, not sure if I have to add rstp device or does my sat card the rstp device as I have said the stream does play fine locally on vlc. xtonys
Hi I have recording service 1.27 I installed the Elgato SAP>IP android app. It finds the RTSP server and can scan channels. It only shows the server as DVB-S only. If i understand the SAP>IP spec, DVB-S2 is included? DISECQ 2 is not included, but there may be ways to change dishes/lnb anyway? For the SD channels I watched on my phone, it seems a more reliable picture and EPG info than Rec Service DNLA... Is there another android app I should using? Thanks for any advice Tony Link to comment
