Nayef Posted March 10, 2013 Share Posted March 10, 2013 (edited) Suggestion for develop timer section : hi all i have more channels same name & multi DVB-S I find it difficult to set recorder channels distribution by multiple devices Attempted use of a "Grope channels" .. channels |A| for (DVB-S 1) ... channels |B| for (DVB-S 2 ) ...& I set that in hardware setting but RS does not differentiate between channels similar names I therefore propose to develop the temporary section : - Rearrange the channels associated with a specific device.in timer section - Put a small box to search for channels. i think that available in DVBViewer Pro ... i hope do that in RS also ... Or about having one channel multiple times in the channel list? i mean first channels with a equal name on different sat positions As an example 1 I want recorder (BBC HD) ... this channel only work in Device DVB-S 3 (BBC HD) not work in Device DVB-S 1 & Device DVB-S 2 so i need Determination (BBC HD) in Device DVB-S 3 i read " Channel groups" ... but RS Can not determine the channels associated devices Link to comment

Same Service ID & Same Stream ID in channel list editor in DVBViewer Pro but different Grope A + B + C ... here image for RS : one channel + different Grope but all recorder in Device DVB-S 1 i want channel Tunis + device DVB-3 ... The channel groups are there to tell the DVBViewer which card is able to restive which channel. And not to tell the DVBViewer to record a channel with a special card. Link to comment

The channel groups are there to tell the DVBViewer which card is able to restive which channel. And not to tell the DVBViewer to record a channel with a special card. ok rename channel sloved (xxxxx1) for DVB-S1 and (xxxxx2) for DVB-S2 ... and no Conflict but i have more then 3000 channel ... any way or any dev for rename all grope channel B to xxxxx2 and grope channel A to xxxxx1 i need advanced list channel list To distinguish between groups channel as color red channel for DVBS-1 and other color green for DVBS-2 or rename channel or number channel or ...??
