UPnP Media tab in 1.24

This service is labelled "experimental". Sometimes in the previous version, it stopped running - the tab would just display "Select a UPnP server" in the empty drop down box - but I always managed to start it be re-starting the service.

 

Since installing 1.24, behaviour has changed. Up to tonight, a restart wouldn't restore service. Only after a lot of unchecking/rechecking and restarting did the server list finally re-appear in the tab.

 

I used to be able to check this using upnpdebug.log but since 1.24, there are no entries.

 

Some of the messages followed startup with an error message, though I don't know if this coincides exactly with the disappearance of the server list.
