Application lag when using EVR Renderer and DVBViewer in Fullscreen

Hi,

 

i have a Problem when using EVR renderer and DVBViewer in Fullscreen Mode on second Monitor.

Applications on the main Monitor start to "lag" like chrome not switching tabs for several seconds or Explorer not responding.

After some evaluation I found out it only happens when i use EVR renderer and DVBViewer in Fullscreen.

VMR rederer doesen't have this Problem.

 

would be nice to have this fixed for evr as well so I can use DXVA again.
