Where are the logos

Recommended Posts

When upgrading DVBViewer to 5.1 I also downloaded a new set of logos from Lyngsat and extracted the *.png logos to ... CMUV/DVBViewer/Images/Logos

But they do not show up with OSD (when pressing return while watching a channel) ... the old logos are still there.

How do get DVBViewer to read the new logo images from CMUV/DVBViewer/Images/Logos ?

Reboot & restart of DVBViewer did not help.

Thanks - I followed your recommendation ... it worked partly but some logos with images are not displayed with OSD.

How are the connection done between an image and a OSD logo ?

Is it a naming issue ?

Do I have to recreate the channel/favorite list ?

I don't understand why some logos work OK and some don't ... I can't see any difference between them.

Appreciate any help ...

logo name should be = channel name.

Replace signs in the channel name which are not aloud in file names with a space. Channel name parts in () are ignored.

or use the channellogos.ini

If you use the Recording Service, there is a editor for that in the options.

But you have to copy the channellogos.ini after editing from CMUV\DVBViewer\config\ in CMUV\DVBViewer\

Thanks for your support.

I used 'channellogos.ini' and now the logos work OK ... but in the Favorite list some logos are stilll not displayed with their images but with a generic image ...

How can that be fixed ?
