Nothing recorded althrough video and sound is OK

It recorded nothing on this channel called "Lorry". There are video and audio, and "Device status" counts KB, but the file is empty.
There is also no epg on this channel. Why? There is on my TV.

The DVBViewer is not configured to work with the RS. Configure the DVBViewer or unistall the RS.

I have now deinstalled DVBViewer recording service, but it made no diffeence.

There is also no epg on this channel.

 

A possible reason is (partially) wrong channel data, particularly Service ID, Transport Stream ID, Network ID, preventing DVBViewer from assigning received EPG data to the channel. The recorder's dynamic detection of available video and audio streams also depends on a correct Service ID.

 

I would try to delete and re-scan the channel in order to get correct values. You may also scan the transponder resp. frequency with TransEdit and compare the values shown in the scanner window with the ones in the DVBViewer channellist editor. The background color in the scanner window indicates whether a channel has been recognized as already existing in the DVBViewer channellist or not, and if yes, which values are different.
