Avermedia galaxy usb DiseqC1.2 problem

Hi my english is net very good. İ have averdia A816 USB hybrid dvb-s card and diseqc 1.2 rotor.

but i can not use trans edit positioner.

i tryed Vendor.0 = 1-22 and DiseqCcount.0 = 1,2,3,4 but still not work.

please help me.
