Guest account RS API

Hello,

 

I am using DVBViewer controller and when i try to use guest account for connecting, it is not working.

At DVBViewer controller support told me, that the Recording Service API can not be accessed via guest account.

Why is that blocked? Or is possible to permit guest account?

The Guest account has only access to read only sites in the web interface. And nearly all API sites have read an write possibility.

So the complete api is blocked.

 

And there is no possibility to change user rights.
