madman94
Hi all, until now i've used DVBViewer only for DVB-S/S2, with Technotrend hardware PCI and USB. I've also a DVBSky PCIe dual tuner for my home server with DVB Recording service. Now i want to add DVB-T (or T2) in my HTPCs and on my server, and i need help to choose the card to buy, USB and PCI/PCie. Thanks in advance. Edited December 3, 2013 by madman94 Quote Link to comment
Webturtle
Hi, I'm using two MSI DigiVox Diversity DVB-T USB-Sticks (look here: http://de.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Unterst%C3%BCtzte_Hardware in the german wiki you can find more supported hardware). From the MSI Sticks can be used more than one at the same time. These sticks are diversity sticks, that means that the two receivers are used for better reception. And if more than one tuner is needed the two tuners are used to receiver two programs, one by each receiver. This goes automatically while the computer is running, no reboot necessary. That means it is a diversity and a twin receiver. I found the MSI Digivox Diversity Stick for about 25 Euro in the Internet. Many greetings Webturtle Edited December 3, 2013 by Webturtle Quote Link to comment
