When I try to look Sonera cable stream for National Geography, DVBViewer freezes. I have pay card and it works all other channels. The support file includes a detailed log that may help with diagnosis of the problem. At present, the log file contains no meaningful information as RS isn't being used for tuning (apart from automatic EPG collection). http://en.DVBViewer.tv/wiki/Recording_Service_Installation_Guide The guide is not easy to follow, but you should end up with the tuner configured in RS Options-Hardware, but disabled in DVBViewer Pro.
